Biography:
Matt Coburn played in 2009 with the Bay Area Toros out of the Continental League. Coburn enjoyed success there going 3-1 with a 2.45 ERA appearing in 8 games, starting 6. In 33 innings pitched Coburn averaged 11.7 walks per 9 innings pitched. Coburn was selected by the Milwaukee Brewers in the 47th round of the 2006 Amateur Draft.
