Bat Boy/Girl
Reports To: Clubhouse Coordinator
Effective Dates: May 9, 2013 – September 5, 2013 (Game-Day Staff)
The Normal CornBelters are looking for an individual to serve as the bat boy at all 52 home games this summer at the Corn Crib.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Supplying umpire with baseballs when needed
- Retrieving foul balls that remain on field during the game
- Carrying bats to and from dugout
- Paying close attention to each and every game
- Sweeping dugouts after game
- Explaining responsibilities to Avanti's bat/ball kids

Group Sales Manager
REPORTS TO: Vice President of Ticket Sales

This position requires you to be a highly motivated individual to lead, and contribute, to the overall ticket sales effort of a professional sports organization. This is a management level position which encompasses both active selling and collaborative departmental management of sales interns each semester. As a full-time member of the CornBelters Ticket Sales Department, you will be responsible for focusing on the sale of all ticket packages (including full season tickets, partial season tickets, and various group outings) via telephone and appointment. The majority of your sales focus will be on group sales within the department.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
• Utilizing a solid knowledge of the sales process
• Providing unwavering customer service to clients
• Assisting with numerous in-season, and off-season, sales events
• Maintaining customer database and facilitating communication of marketing efforts
• Serving as the ticket liason for special events

At least one (1) year of relevant sales experience, and knowledge of basic computer applications is required. Also, proficiency in a ticketing system is preferred.

Ushers (Hospitality Team)
Reports To: Stadium Operations Director

The Normal CornBelters are looking for individuals who are outgoing, personable, and excel at customer service to serve as ushers at home games this summer at The Corn Crib.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Providing excellent customer service
- Preparing assigned sections before game
- Greeting fans as they enter and leave The Corn Crib
- Assisting fans with finding their seats
- Distributing official game programs
- Engaging with fans from beginning to end of game
Required to excel:

Parking Attendants (Hospitality Team)
Reports To: Stadium Operations Director

The Normal CornBelters are looking for highly motivated individuals to work in The Corn Crib parking lot for home games this summer.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Set-up signs for parking lot pre-game
- Executing the parking plan
- Making correct change for customers in a timely manner
- Directing customers to proper lot/area
- Providing excellent customer service
- Break down the parking lot after the game
